We are looking for a talented Program Manager to join our SX Registration & Verification vertical. The Program Manager will define strategies to enhance the current Verification experience for sellers in LATAM, partner with product, operations, and compliance teams to solve experience issues. The PM will also have a hands-on approach in driving improvements in seller experience, reducing friction, and raising the bar in processes for verification. This role has a strong business component, with ownership of metrics, maintaining a consistent relationship with stakeholder teams, and owning mechanisms for weekly tracking and callouts.

The candidate must be a strong leader and will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively drive business results and collaborate with local and global teams. The individual must have experience in program management and must excel at building trust and driving urgency across the organization. The Program Manager must work well cross-functionally and culturally and will often present reports on progress and improvements to senior leadership.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Identify Seller Experience pain points for seller registration's verification
  • Partner with product, operations, and compliance teams to enhance experience for sellers and internal stakeholders
  • Own mechanisms of Voice of Seller tracking, and be the main bridge with Account Management teams
  • Own and track weekly metrics for callouts, reports, and newsletters
  • Define and implement strategy for seller cohorts' verification stages
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
