Marketing Coordinator

PURPOSE OF POSITION Under the direct supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Manager in the implementation, coordination and execution of Commsoft Technologies’ various marketing initiatives. MAIN TASKS Supports the Marketing Manager in deploying Commsoft Technologies’ marketing strategy; Assists the Marketing Manager in media planning and in developing the multi-channel brand strategy; Collaborates with the Marketing Manager and partners in maintaining brand standards and consistency; Participates in the development of the North American market for Fidelio; Participates in the inbound marketing and marketing automation strategy by putting in place automation and nurturing scenarios for the sales cycles; Assists in evaluating the ROI of the various initiatives in progress; Participates in managing Commsoft Technologies’ LinkedIn account and calendar; Contributes to creating the marketing materials; Assists in deploying the content strategy; Coordinates virtual events (e.g. webinars); Participates in managing the blog and creating newsletters; Injects new marketing ideas and initiatives QUALIFICATIONS Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM (an asset); Photoshop/Indesign/XD (an asset); Interest in inbound marketing and in marketing automation sofware ( HubSpot, Marketo, LeadFox , etc.); Social media management: knowledge of B2B networks (mostly LinkedIn); Versatile, organized, rigorous and autonomous; Shows initiative, is able to listen and is inquisitive REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in marketing, in communication or in any other field relevant to the position; Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written, to be able to communicate and write content in English; Relevant marketing experience (1 to 3 years) The job description above is not exhaustive.
