Business Development Manager

An innovative and renowned Art and Design studio based in London is looking for a talented Business Development Manager, with a passion for art, to promote the studio and drive growth.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for raising the studio’s profile to help build a pipeline of projects across the UK, Middle East and the USA.

Responsibilities include: -

• Creating and executing a business development strategy
• Monitor and identify market trends within their target markets and sectors
• Lead business development and marketing meetings to review new opportunities and provide updates on pipeline and activity
• Attend meetings and networking events with decision makers across the built environment sector to build strong relationships
• Create and oversee networking activities including studio visits and large-scale events
• Manage business development and marketing budget
• Track performance, review KPIs and create reports
• Source opportunities and lead on bid proposals
• Create content for pitches, interviews, case studies, press releases, social media, website etc.
• Oversight for the marketing and business development coordinator

Key skills required: -

• Experience working in a similar business development role within the built environment sector
• Passionate about art and design
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Ability to network with strong influencing skills
• Strategic thinker
• Experienced user of CRMs
• Proven experience in data analysis, forecasting and budgeting
