We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities
It is important for this school that the Learning Support Assistant recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.
It is important to this school that the Learning Support Assistant they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
This school needs a Learning Support Assistant who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment.
The ideal candidate for this Learning Support Assistant role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from al different backgrounds.
Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
