About the role: KS2 Teaching Assistant: Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? You’ll work closely with students who are low-achieving and those preparing for their SATs, providing targeted support through boosters and interventions. • Relevant experience working with children in a school setting.
• Passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students in achieving their academic goals, especially in preparation for SATs.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group interventions to boost learning.
• Collaborate with teachers to create tailored support plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
