Job Description
Qualification and Experience Requirements: - Grade 12 - Bachelors degree in human resources management or a related field. - At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role. - Experience in full-cycle recruiting and using various interview techniques. - Proficiency with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and applicant tracking systems. - Knowledge of social media, CV databases, and professional networks. - Understanding of relevant Acts (LRA, BCEA, EEA).
