Our Global Reward team is at the forefront of designing and implementing reward strategies. Working within our London-based Reward Advisory team, you'll be part of a dynamic group that collaborates across global hubs in London, New York, and Sydney, ensuring our reward solutions are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives.

What role will you play?

As a Reward Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our reward policies. You'll analyse remuneration data, design complex reward packages, and present your findings to stakeholders, ensuring our strategies are informed by the latest market trends and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly support our efforts to attract, motivate, and retain top talent in a competitive landscape.

What you offer

  • A strategic mindset with a comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory environments and market dynamics. Experience in Asset Management or Financial Markets is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of six years of experience in reward roles, with a proven track record of interpreting remuneration data and structuring reward packages.
  • Advanced Excel capability, coupled with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to work effectively both within a global team and independently, managing multiple priorities with excellent organisational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across diverse project teams. A creative and solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to high-quality client service
