About the Role:
As a Science Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher. You will ensure students remain engaged in their learning and manage the classroom environment effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay on task.
Delivering pre-planned lessons and activities.
Managing student behaviour in accordance with school policies.
Providing support to students in their Science studies.
Collaborating with teachers and support staff to enhance the learning experience.
What We Are Looking For:
A degree in Science or a related subject.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confidence in managing groups of students and maintaining classroom discipline.
An interest in pursuing a career in education or teaching.
Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
