Job Description

Main purpose of the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Construction Site Administrator to join us in this core role within the Construction Team. This role sits within our in our Yorkshire East region, based at our site in Hull. Alongside their work, the successful candidate will complete a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
The Apprentice Site Administrator reports to the Site Manager and the main responsibilities of this role are to provide an administrative support to the Construction team, Site Management and to assist where necessary in all administrative tasks.
Key Accountabilities
* Typing, copying and distributing of correspondence and information.
* Maintain an accurate and up to date filing system.
* Data Input
* Sending and receiving emails
* Maintaining Records
* Answering phone & making phone calls
* Faxing
* Photocopying
* Ordering stock
* Receiving deliveries
Skills, Knowledge, Experience
No previous experience is required however we are looking for someone who is passionate about starting a career in the construction industry. They will have good organisational skills and a friendly and positive attitude and be willing to learn. Alongside a good telephone manner, they will have good attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
Education & Qualification
Applicants must have GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in Maths & English.
