About the Role:
As a Psychology Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged in their learning. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising classes, delivering pre-set lessons, and maintaining a productive learning environment.
Supporting students with their academic and emotional needs.
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Assisting teachers and support staff with daily classroom activities.
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement from students.
What We Are Looking For:
A degree in Psychology or a related subject.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Confidence in managing classroom behaviour.
A passion for working with young people and supporting their well-being.
Previous experience working in schools or with children is desirable but not essential.
