What does thisroleinvolve:

AsaSupervisor, yousupport thestoremanagementteambyinspiringand supportingstaff andvolunteers to deliveranexcellent customerjourneythat reflectour values.

OurSupervisors?contribute towards the success of their stores by:

    • Ensuring highest standard of customer service
    • Achieving targets
    • Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising
    • Maximising salesthrough physical and digital channels
    • Supportingwith the recruitment and development of volunteers
    • Achieving expectations within campaign activities
    • Working with the manager to generate stock


Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a weekwhich means we require flexibility from our store teams towork weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

Due to the volume ofcollections,deliveriesand donations,itcan be physically demanding at times, yet mostrewarding as you play a part in helping to fundlife savingresearch.

What are we looking for:

    • Experience in customerservicein asenior sales assistantrole
    • Commercially drivento encouragenew ideas

    • Passion for delivering exceptional customer serviceandachieving the highest retail standards
