You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues & our guests:

• You will be responsible for leading, training and developing our team of sommeliers during their day. This will include maximizing the beverage profit, taking advantage of every selling opportunity to optimize sales, and meeting with different wine suppliers all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.You'll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests' special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day
• The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Head Sommelier at Alain Ducasse, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel

• Previous experience in similar position at 5 stars luxury environment is highly desirable
• Wine and Spirits knowledge
