Investment Associate

You’ll work across two established funds focusing on Core through to Value-Add strategies, investing in a wide range of Infrastructure sectors including transportation, healthcare and social care. With a flat, integrated team structure and significant resources, you'll have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the team's success.

Key Requirements:

• 3-4 years of full-time relevant experience post internships in Infrastructure/Energy, either at an Infrastructure Fund or from an M&A Infrastructure Investment Banking team.
• Strong DCF modelling skills are essential, with a preference for candidates who have built models from scratch.
• Demonstrated deal experience, with exposure to transactions that have progressed to binding bids/closed deals.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take initiative and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative, non-hierarchical culture, and can maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Experience of company level transactions

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Modelling: Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF and sensitivity analysis, to support investment decisions.
• Deal Execution: Support due diligence, valuation, and transaction execution, from deal sourcing to close, across various infrastructure sectors
• Investment Committee Materials: Prepare detailed presentations and reports for investment committee approval.
• Due Diligence: Support with due diligence processes, particularly in regards to Financial, Commercial and Technical work streams
• Collaboration with Senior Management: Work closely with senior team members and management teams to help develop business plans and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Sector Research & Market Analysis: Conduct sector research and market analysis to support investment strategies and identify new opportunities.
