If you have strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills, we want you to support the CEO in organising and managing various projects, high-profile events, and meetings.
About Nicholls Art Group:
Nicholls Art Group is a premier, bespoke independent Art Advisory and TV Programming firm seeking an Executive Assistant with administrative experience, ideally in art or creative industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative experience, ideally in art or creative industries
- Experienced organisational, time-management, and communication skills help support the CEO
- Provide hands-on involvement in organising and management of a variety projects, high-profile events and meetings
- Schedule and coordinate CEO meetings and events, taking notes and project manage action points
- Proficiency to social media activities across a variety of platforms
- To assist in showcasing emerging and established artists across digital and in-person platforms such as Artsy Linked-in, Instagram, YouTube and Tik-Tok
- Website content includes; publishing blogs, uploading new social media, posts and page management
- Draft weekly newsletter to post
- Regularly provide client updates on artists, artworks and special events
- Exhibition coordination and promotional activities
- Proficiency in website management and social media platforms
- Basic video editing knowledge is a plus
- Passion for the art world and digital media
Work Environment:
This role is based in Central London for meetings, Knightsbridge office, and part-time remote work.
Preferable skills:
- Social media management
- Basic video editing
- Face to face communication skills with prestigious organisations
- Basic design capabilities (website alterations and newsletters etc)
