  • Have strong, provable track-record in new business development – essential at this level. A specific background in one of the following areas is also desirable: financial services, transport, retail, tech.

Responsibilities:

  • Take an active role in new business activity, including seeking out new leads, drafting proposals and taking part in new business pitches

Required skills:

  • Genuine interest in the UK political system and understanding of the interaction between the politics, media and businesses
  • Senior level agency experience
  • Commercial acumen and an awareness of the environment in which Lexington operates

Fostering an Inclusive Culture

Our Environment working group oversees these goals, helping Lexington to take steps to make more sustainable procurement decisions, improve energy efficiency, reduce waste and inspire everyone who works at Lexington to live greener lifestyles.
