Overview: OSKIA is a multi-award-winning nutritional skincare brand. We pride ourselves in our results-driven products that push the boundaries of natural cosmetic science. Our range is retailed through some of the world’s most prestigious stores, here in the UK and increasingly across the world, and our Treatments are offered in wonderful, world-renowned 5* hotels and spas. Led by husband-and-wife team, Georgie Cleeve and George Gordon, OSKIA was founded by Georgie following her own experience with a supplement called MSM, a type of sulphur, and the brand was launched in 2010. We are now growing rapidly, and the team is expanding both in the head office in London and in OSKIA’s own factory in South Wales where all the products are made. We are a passionate, hands-on and close team, where everybody enjoys their work and contributes to the daily success of the business.


OSKIA is looking for a dynamic, imaginative and detail-orientated E-Commerce & Digital Manager for a 6-month contract position. The role will have 360-degree ownership of the trading performance of the website; this starts with the operation and development of the site, covers user experience, increasing traffic, optimising conversion, and includes digital communication with our database as well as customer journey and segmentation.

The E-Commerce & Digital Manager will join our London-based head office and work alongside our broader marketing and commercial teams. You will report to the Head of Marketing but have excellent direct contact with the directors and will have an amazing opportunity to make your mark in the next phase of OSKIA’s growth.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


E-Commerce Strategy & Execution:

· Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals to maximise online sales and profitability.

· Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including site management, product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions.

· End-to-end management of 360 site experience for new product launches, including PDP optimisation, cross-sell functionality and homepage experience.

· Monitor and analyse website performance metrics, customer behaviour, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in traffic quality, conversion rates, and customer LTV and implement action plans.


Website Management:

· Manage the website's functionality, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimised for search engines (SEO).

· Work with web developers to enhance site usability, including navigation, product display, checkout processes, and mobile optimisation.

· Consistently review the website to ensure content, messaging and merchandise are accurate and up to date, reflect the brand's identity and UX is optimal.

· Project manage the development of acquisition assets, including landing pages, and SEM copy.


Digital Marketing:

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategy and campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid social, pay-per-click (PPC), and affiliate marketing.

· Support in the execution of paid marketing initiatives with the third-party Digital Marketing agency, including paid social (Meta), paid search (Google Adwords) and retargeting.

· Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts, increase traffic, and improve conversion rates.

· Manage SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.


Email Marketing:

· Ideate, develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value to drive customer engagement, conversions, and revenue across email campaigns and flows.

· Conduct A/B tests to optimise email content, subject lines, and other campaign elements for improved performance and manage the entire customer journey strategy including segmentation tactics to drive sales, and Lead initiatives to grow database.

· Regularly analyse CRM and email marketing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


Customer Experience:

· Enhance the customer journey by implementing best practices for customer service, product recommendations, and personalised shopping experiences.

· Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to improve site usability, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates.

· Oversee the implementation of customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Monitor and analyse customer experience to increase engagement, conversion, and revenue targets on an ongoing basis.


Reporting & Analysis:

· Analyse data and campaign results in Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta and all website apps to provide ongoing insights and improvements.

· Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics.

· Present findings and recommendations to the company, driving data-driven decision-making and setting KPIs.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep OSKIA at the forefront of e-commerce.


WHO YOU ARE:

· You’re a detail-oriented, results-driven and creative problem solver with 4+ years of e-commerce management and/or digital marketing experience, ideally within skincare and cosmetics.

· You will use your expertise to develop clear strategies to improve OSKIA’s performance in each area of responsibility.

· You must be comfortable measuring the impact of e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives through analytical tools; you will be analysing current performance to suggest improvements and you must be comfortable and experienced in measuring ROI and the impact of changes and reporting back to the directors regularly.

· You can independently drive projects to completion despite tight deadlines and competing priorities.

· You love tracking online and mobile shopping trends; you’re able to research and identify knowledge of competition.

· You are experienced with Shopify and must be proficient in Google Analytics, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Amazon is a plus.

· You have a positive, no-task-is-too-small attitude and a willingness to give your best to support the business and your colleagues.
