Junior Asset Manager

Company Description

Our client, a leading Property Investment & Development company has offices across the UK and due to an anticipated period of growth they have a requirement for a number of Junior Asset Manager across their network of assets in the UK.

Role Description

The Junior Asset Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing assets, including analyzing market trends, conducting financial analysis, and making recommendations for asset allocation. The role also involves portfolio management, risk assessment, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Would be an ideal role for a recent real estate graduate or a recently MRICS surveyor to make to transition to a clientside role.

Qualifications

• Experience in property/asset management and financial analysis
• Understanding of Commercial property
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools
• Ability to read a lease and summarise key points
