Overview:
My client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead and drive sales across their group of schools, colleges, and educational businesses. You'll focus on growing pupil numbers from key international markets, manage high-performing sales teams, and build strong relationships with education agents. This pivotal role will be responsible for sales strategy, reporting, and driving growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Pupil Recruitment: Develop and execute strategies to attract international students, leveraging existing relationships and building new ones with education agents.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Multi-Organization Sales Growth: Oversee sales across diverse educational businesses, ensuring aligned strategies and maximizing enrollments.
- Data-Driven Sales Strategy & Reporting: Utilize Salesforce for data management, track performance, and generate insights to inform sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in international pupil recruitment
