Our client is a highly acclaimed luxury group, offering a range of high-end products and individual services to clients across London and the South East. They have proven extremely successful in recent years and are expanding rapidly, and are now looking for a Head of Marketing to join their London team and help lift the brand to new heights.

The successful candidate will report to the Group Marketing Director, and play a key role in shaping the company’s overall marketing strategy. You will be an inspirational leader, with proven experience in budget and performance management, and a strong mix of traditional and digital marketing, ideally in luxury hospitality, members clubs, high-end restaurants, or other prestigious, fast-paced, dynamic brands. The role:

• Managing a small, passionate marketing team, you will drive the business’s overall marketing plan, building sophisticated marketing strategies aimed at high-net-worth clientele
• Utilise market research and consumer insights to identify niche opportunities and position the brand as a leader in the luxury lifestyle space
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with the company's commitment to quality and exclusivity
• Curate captivating brand narratives and storytelling campaigns that resonate with the aspirations and lifestyles of affluent customers
• Oversee the creation of visually stunning aspirational content across multiple channels, including print, digital, social media, and experiential marketing
• Monitor luxury industry trends, competitor activities, and global market shifts to anticipate changes in consumer behaviour and adapt marketing strategies accordingly
• Foster a culture of excellence within the marketing team, inspiring creativity, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of perfection in every aspect of the brand experience

Skills and experience required:

• Proven leadership experience, and of building and managing the development of comprehensive marketing materials, for prestigious, dynamic brands
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, anticipate market shifts, and develop innovative marketing initiatives to capitalise on emerging opportunities
• Strong Digital Marketing and analytics experience, adept at using the latest research to inform marketing strategies, measure campaign performance, and optimise ROI
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with a track record of establishing strategic partnerships and collaborations with luxury brands, influencers, and cultural institutions
• Clear and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, influence stakeholders, and present marketing strategies and results to senior leadership with confidence and professionalism
• Meticulous and analytical, with excellent computer skills
• Marketing degree essential, CIM desirable
