Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Benefits Administrator to join their Human Resources team within the Global HR Total Rewards function. This newly created role will support benefit programmes across Europe and APAC, as the organisation continues to grow rapidly.
Based in their London office, you’ll play a key role in delivering a first-class employee benefits offering, working closely with internal teams and external providers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programmes, liaising with brokers, insurers, and other benefit providers.
- Handle Workday Benefit administration, including enrolments, terminations, updates, and enhancements.
- Ensure the accuracy of employee benefit data in Workday and assist the payroll team with monthly payroll reporting.
- Provide guidance on employee benefit queries, resolving issues and collaborating with relevant internal/external stakeholders.
- Administer ongoing schemes such as Season Ticket Loans, Cycle to Work Scheme, Flu Vaccinations, and open enrolment.
- Reconcile benefit invoices and produce analytical reports for brokers, employees, and management.
- Ensure the company intranet is up to date with benefit plan documents and forms.
- Organise benefit-related employee communications and seminars.
- Support the benefits team with year-end reporting, renewals, and ad hoc projects.
What We're Looking For:
- HR administration experience: Ideally 1-1.5 years, with exposure to benefits administration highly desirable.
- Strong administrative experience with a focus on data analysis and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Experience with Workday or a similar HR system would be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Recent HR graduates with 1 year of administration experience or a placement year are encouraged to apply.
