Job Description

A great opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the marketing team within this well-respected property development business in North West London.


We have worked with them previously, you WILL learn and grow and develop.


This is a great opportunity for a creative thinker with experience in print, social media content, email newsletters and presentations to come and join a rapidly growing business, working closely with multiple brands, not only will you have a good eye for design, but you will also be able to deliver creative messages through print and short film, in the form of brochures, factsheets, hoarding and lightboxes.


Social media experience in editing reels, stories and posts is essential here along with the ability to create digital marketing assets, working closely with the marketing teams to create marketing assets. Strong layout and artworking skills are a must along with a keen interest in photography.

This graphic designer will work closely with a Senior Designer, in helping create high-quality visual content for both print and digital platforms, contributing to both the branding of their real estate developments and the sub-brands too. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where creativity and attention to detail are essential.


They’d like to see some relevant experience in these areas, but you’ll be involved in designing digital and print marketing materials, including newsletters, presentations, brochures, flyers, social media posts, email campaigns, and presentations.


Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) using design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.


Support the creation of property marketing assets, such as hoarding, lightboxes, factsheets, and corporate brochures.


Assist in producing & editing digital content, including short films, reels, and stories for social media platforms.


Capture and edit photography and videography for internal events, behind-the-scenes content, and marketing campaigns.


Plus help maintain and update the company’s digital content library and global website assets.

It’s a close knit team but there are about 60 people in the building – they work very collaboratively, primarily in studio but there is flexibility. Plus some generous perks too which is why people here tend to stay long term and thrive.


You’re keen to progress, will be proficient in the full Adobe Creative Suite and especially Illustrator and/or InDesign. And ideally some basic videography or motion skills, think Adobe Rush or Premiere Pro and want to learn more. Knowledge of basic web design and digital content management ideal too as they cover all this.

ESSENTIALS

  • You have 1-2 years' experience in graphic design, digital, content
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, incl Illustrator
  • Ideally you have worked with Powerpoint & Canva too
  • A keen eye for layout, typography, & colour theory
  • Strong communicator with attention to detail
