Job Description : Role : Sr. Technical Lead -L3 APM (Configuration / Analyst Consultant) Location : Mumbai Qualification : Any Graduation Experience : - 5-9 years of experience, preferably a part of it in the IT Management / Application Performance Management area Skills : - Experience working on distributed enterprise software products - Worked using any APM tools preferably on Dynatrace. - Excellent analytical skills, ability to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions - 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing positions as a professional services consultant or implementation engineer - Familiar with basic tasks of any one of the databases & Middleware. - Ability to understand Application architecture and associated business / IT Operations workflows. - Understanding on Linux commands, Scripting and SQL Key Responsibilities : - Prior development background in J2EE or .Net stack is a strong plus. - Experience in Windows Server operating system and administration skills is an added advantage. - Able to independently write and trouble-shoot scripts in Shell / Python / SQL Deliverables : - Understand & document client application landscape and infrastructure - Get details of known application, infrastructure outages and pain points - Understand customers requirements and translate them to specific monitoring requirements - Review the plan and get sign-off from the client project manager - Ensure on time delivery of tasks and completion of APM product implementation milestones - Analyze the alerts and issues identified by APM product to assist in detailed Root Cause Analysis and Alert Fine tune - Provide insights to Client on changes, enhancements required in their infrastructure based on analysis of APM product Analysis. - Train client / APM monitoring team on features of APM Product and using it to proactively monitor performance in their environment as well as use the product to identify bottlenecks as needed - Track the support requirements and interface with the APM Product support team for quick resolutions - Manage the APM patch updates and upgrades on an ongoing basis - Ensure and document full deployment of APM product in clients environment - Troubleshooting configuration/environment/application server issues. - Lead regular meetings with clients and internal stakeholders (ref:hirist.tech)
