Job Description : We are seeking a seasoned Lead Back-End Developer to join our team and lead the development of our backend systems. As a Lead Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reliable backend services using modern technologies. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement scalable and efficient backend architectures and systems. - Lead and mentor a team of back-end developers. - Collaborate with frontend developers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. - Stay up-to-date with the latest back-end technologies and trends. - Contribute to the development of reusable components and libraries. Required Skills and Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related areas. - 8 years of experience with Java 8 and above (17, 11). - Proficiency in Git for version control. - Strong understanding of Spring Core Framework and Spring Boot Framework. - Experience with web frameworks (e.g., Spring MVC, Spring REST). - Familiarity with build tools like Gradle. - Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies. - Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. - Understanding of data modeling and SQL (DDL, DML). - Knowledge of continuous delivery (CD) processes and tools. Familiarity with common cloud services like RDS/Aurora. Preferred Skills : - Experience with cloud-native development and serverless architectures. - Knowledge of microservices architecture. - Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). - Contributions to open-source projects.
