Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Visual Design : Create compelling graphics for packaging, advertisements, social media, website, and email campaigns that align with our brand aesthetic. - Brand Development : Help refine and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual communication across all platforms. - Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet marketing strategies and business goals. - Trend Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques to keep our visuals fresh and relevant. - Feedback Implementation : Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions to designs as needed. - Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications : - Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. - Experience : 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry. - Software Proficiency : Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing software is a plus. - Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, particularly in beauty or related industries. - Creativity : Strong creative thinking and an eye for aesthetics, with the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging designs. - Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly (ref:hirist.tech)
