About this position : We are eagerly seeking candidates with 6 to 10 years' experience for a Senior Mobile React Native Developer, to join our dynamic team. You will work very closely with our Frontend Engineers, DevOps Engineers and other stakeholders to design and build our platform Role : Senior Mobile React Native Developer Location : Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurgaon/Chennai &Hyderabad Experience : 6 to 10 years Job type : Full time Work type : Hybrid Impact you will realize : Job Responsibilities : - Show progress by having a leading influence and ownership of the mobile platform, setup and improve the framework to enable teams implement concepts in a consistent, fit for purpose manner - Be a strong specialist and therefore considered a 'guru' by your peers - Spend increasingly less time on pure feature output and focus more on technical culture outside of the team - Having a leading influence and ownership of the mobile platform, setting up and improving the framework to enable teams to implement concepts in a consistent, fit for purpose manner - Being a strong specialist and therefore considered a 'guru' by your peers spend increasingly less time on pure feature output and focus more on a technical culture outside of the team have a good understanding and be a strong influencer and evangelist of the company-wide solution architecture on the mobile application - Be able to trigger department-wide innovation and improvement by introducing new methodologies, technology and resolutions to problems - Act as a supportive and enthusiastic technical lead, by advocating for best practices on how we deliver the best software for our members based on data while contributing to the wellbeing of the team - Set up and lead the Mobile Engineering Centre of Excellence, and have a strong influence in improving processes to improve high quality and delivery at pace within the organization. - Mentor and support the growth of other mobile engineers, supporting their learning and ability to own parts of the mobile eco system - Lead the planning and prioritization of engineering driven mobile wide initiatives, to help stabilize and improve the mobile infrastructure - Have a good understanding and be strong influencer and evangelist of the company wide solution architecture on the mobile application - Setup and lead the Mobile Engineering Centre of Excellence, and have a strong influence in improving processes to improve high quality and delivery at pace within the organization Key skills you will require : Primary Skills : React Native, React Js, Typescript, JavaScript - Experience technically leading a team of Mobile engineers, with the ability to develop and mentor less experienced developers - Strong experience with React native ecosystem including libraries and tooling - Strong experience leveraging automation, focusing on Continuous Integration, Delivery and Deployment Passionate about building great products in small, autonomous, agile teams - A passion for automation tests and experience writing testable code - Experience building sleek, high-performance user interfaces and complex Mobile apps that successfully shipped to customers Secondary Skills : - Native iOS and / or Android experience, Web development experience with React and Next.js, Storybook, Node.JS Why should you join Xoriant ?
