Job Description : - A Technical Project Manager oversees the planning and execution of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - They coordinate cross-functional teams, manage. resources, and mitigate technical risks. - Communication with stakeholders and technical teams is vital for success. - Technical Project Managers drive innovation, enforce quality standards, and monitor project timelines and budgets. - They play a key role in strategic planning, adapting to changes, and delivering successful technical solutions. - Leadership, technical expertise, and effective problem-solving are crucial in fulfilling the responsibilities of a Technical Project Manager. Roles and Responsibilities : - Works closely with Program Team to understand Business. - Requirement and Document it for approval. - Document Product Use Case Document/User Stories for Development Team. - Understand, analyse organization data and insights and prepare business requirements. for improving productivity. - Prepare Acceptance Test Plan. -Work with Development team and Program Team in validating the Product that's being developed during each Sprint. - Work with UI/UX Designers for product usability assessment. - Constantly thinks of Product Innovation for better performance, better use, better acceptance, better use of technology. - Brings Innovation to management team. - Work with Development Team in identifying the issues, explaining the issues effectively and validating issue fixes at business level. - Track delivery as per the project plan and raise alerts. - Manage Vendors/Partners in product development according to specification, validate product, identify issues and validate business issue fixes and business enhancements. - Implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency. Qualification & Skills : - Know-how in project development activities such as research, planning, software development, vendor management, third party integration, Project Management, data collection - Ability to extract and interpret data collected and the ability to communicate with program stakeholders. - Personal efficiency, time management skills, presentation skills and the ability to priorities competing demands are key. - Excellent verbal and written English & Hindi language communication skills - Strong writing and editing skills, with a high-level of attention to detail - Able to read and interpret complex documents, and communicate information effectively to others, with strong. - 5 years of Proven experience in project management and delivery of complex enterprise solution rolled out across large geographical area. - Experience in Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc). - Demonstrated leadership skills in leading crossfunctional teams. - Ability to motivate and guide teams toward successful project completion. - Must have Skill to document requirement giving Attention to Detail. - 5 Years of experience in leading Enterprise Software Application Development. - Strong analytical and problem solving abilities to address complex issues. - Must be able to look at Organization Data and recommend business improvement. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate a dynamic environment. - Experience in managing multiple Technology Projects rolled out to mid-size geographical locations; Software Development; SDLC - Project Management tools like MS Project, JIRA, ASANA etc. - Programming in PHP/Laravel; SQL Queries; My SQL/SQL Server Data Bases;. - Database Architecture; AI/ML; Web Service REST/SOAP - Third Party Integration like WhatsApp, Strong training & facilitation skills - Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to engage with technical teams. - Technologically proficient in MS Office, social media and internet applications.
