SocialPilot - Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual Testing

What You'll Do : - Collaborate with cross-functional product teams (UX/UI designers, product managers, engineers, customer success, marketing) to understand system specifications and develop effective testing strategies and plans. - Execute comprehensive manual test cases across web and mobile applications, analyzing results and identifying defects. - Evaluate product code against functional specifications and report any discrepancies. - Meticulously document testing phases, bugs, and errors using industry-standard tools (e., Jira). - Actively troubleshoot issues and work collaboratively to resolve them. - Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure quality throughout. Qualifications : - 3 years of experience as a Web/Mobile QA Manual Tester. - In-depth practical experience with manual testing methodologies and techniques. - Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC principles. - Proficiency in test case design, preparation, and execution. - Experience creating test plans, test data, and test strategies. - Familiarity with various testing types (Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Database, etc. - Experience using bug tracking tools like Jira. - Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (a plus). - Proficiency in JavaScript with experience testing Single Page Applications (SPAs) (highly desirable). - Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman (a plus).
