Java Team Lead - Spring/Hibernate

We are looking for an experienced Java Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in Java development and a strong ability to lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead a team of Java developers in the design, development, and implementation of software applications. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. - Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed. - Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative team environment. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team. Skills & Technologies : - Core Java : Strong proficiency in Java programming language and its ecosystem. - Frameworks : Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Java EE. - Web Technologies : Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, etc.) and RESTful APIs. - Database : Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra). - Tools : Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN) and build tools (Maven, Gradle). - Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Soft Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
