As a Technical Writer at HappyFox, you will create engaging, SEO-optimized content and comprehensive product documentation. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure high-quality, informative materials that support business objectives and enhance user : Content Creation : Ideate and produce engaging and informative content, including blogs, articles, and social media copies that resonate with the target audience. Research : Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and competitor content to maintain a competitive edge and enhance content quality. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business objectives and support lead generation goals. SEO Optimization : Optimize content for SEO and readability to improve search engine visibility and user engagement. Visual Content : Collaborate with designers to create high-quality infographics that complement written content. Product Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including solution articles, user guides, online help content, and release notes. Feature Documentation : Collaborate with product managers to understand new features and product updates, and develop effective documentation. Brand Consistency : Ensure all content adheres to brand voice and style : - 3-6 years of experience in content writing and technical documentation, preferably within a SaaS company. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong knowledge of content and technical writing best practices, standards, and guidelines. - Familiarity with content management systems (CMS). - Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
