Early Careers Associate

Full Time - Hybrid

£40,000 + Bonus & Bens


Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading financial services firm to recruit an Early Careers Associate for their Learning & Development (L&D) team. This is an exciting, newly created role, designed to support the development of early career talent within the organisation, including graduates, apprentices, and interns.

As the Early Careers Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative learning programs, helping to shape the future leaders of the business. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm, ensuring that early career employees have the support, resources, and training they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Program Management: Help design, coordinate, and deliver early career development programs such as graduate schemes, internships, and apprenticeships.
  • Training Delivery: Support onboarding, learning workshops, and development initiatives that align with the firm’s business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, managers, and external learning providers to ensure impactful program delivery.
  • Talent Development: Provide guidance and feedback to early career professionals, helping them achieve their potential.
  • Data & Reporting: Track and analyze program success, making data-driven recommendations to enhance the learning experience.


About You:


  • 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a similar role; financial services experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience in reporting on program outcomes.
  • Motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
