• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of M&A deals.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or another technology-related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in M&A, consulting, or technology due diligence.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex technical concepts.
• A passion for technology and its impact on the business landscape.
• Experience at a top consulting firm is ideal but not essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
