Day to Day Manager

TSZ is looking for a day-to-day manager to support its growing UK entertainment & comedy roster.

You will work to develop the professional brand and business of a small roster of talent, which will involve handling commercial opportunities, developing creative projects and building relationships with a network of clients across all sectors of the entertainment industry.

We’re looking for someone with a love of Entertainment & Culture, a social native who has their finger on the pulse of emerging cultural and creative trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the day-to-day manager for a small number of culturally relevant entertainment clients, collaborating with client and the client’s manager to develop and implement long-term career goals and strategies
• Forming and leveraging relationships in the Entertainment and Media industry and sharing information with the wider team
• Lead point contact for activation of brand partnerships alongside TSZ commercial team and manager to ensure partnerships are crafted to suit client’s style and preferences and delivered to the highest standard
• International calendar management across multiple time zones, including promo schedules, travel bookings, coordinating visas, accommodations, and itineraries
• Coordinating the client’s daily schedule including: logistics, release forms and all legal documents needed for productions, live performances, endorsements, campaigns, album releases, recording and promo schedules
• Act as key point of contact for all third parties, filtering information as needed to the artist manager and often acting as a central point for third parties to communicate or exchange information: production partners, publishers, agents, lawyers, accountants, business managers, etc.
• Schedule calls, meetings, and conference calls between multiple parties in different time zones
• Coordinate with publicists, marketing teams, and other specialist partners to enhance the artist's visibility
• Liaising with casting agents, preparing notes for casting tapes and supporting talent in delivering self-tapes as required
• Accompany the artist on Radio & TV promo, TV shoots, ad campaign activity, high-profile events and ensuring external parties abide by contractual agreement
• Monitoring the client’s social media presence and engagement work alongside the clients social media manager or production team to ensure smooth roll-out of social content
• Liaising with clients stylist to ensure clear briefing on all upcoming shoots and events
• Act as key point of contact for booking glam/grooming for all shoots and events
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong candidates will have previous experience working with artists/talent in entertainment or adjacent industry
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Able to write and deliver pitch documents to a high standard
• Informed and up to speed with industry trends, new platforms and broadcast media
• A desire to build a career, this job requires hours outside of 9-5
• Knowledge of the digital media landscape
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google docs/spreadsheets
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks with strict deadlines
• Willingness to travel for work when required
