Salary: £99,532 - £131,964 per annum

Salary Period: Yearly

Job Plan and Duties

• As a Consultant Haematologist, you will:
• Provide expert clinical care for patients with haematological conditions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and trainees.
• Engage in clinical research and contribute to the department’s academic activities.
• Participate in the on-call rota and provide out-of-hours cover as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements

• MRCP/MBBS or equivalent.
• Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists or equivalent.
• Full registration (and a licence to practise) with the General Medical Council (GMC).
• Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) within 6 months of interview.
