Purpose of the role:

• Lead and inspire a sales team, nurturing their growth while delivering results that exceed expectations.
• Build and maintain powerful relationships with senior contacts in top customer accounts and key vendors.
• Strategically develop a road map and a healthy pipeline, ensuring long-term success in both existing and new markets.
• Be a performance driven leader, implementing improvement initiatives and adopting a culture of excellence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, aligning with the company's full suite of service offerings to provide an unmatched customer experience.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• A solid track record in IT sales leadership, ideally with a background in cyber security.
• Existing vendor contacts or the ability to build meaningful, lasting relationships with external partners.
• Experience managing and motivating a sales team.
• Confidence and expertise in engaging with C-suite stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Passion for growth, leadership, and delivering operational excellence in a thriving environment.
