Job Description

Position: ServiceNow Engagement Manager

Location: London or Dublin (hybrid working at either region)

Salary: up to £85,000 per annum (DOE)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting and project engagements across all project stages, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, budget, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery teams.
  • Develop client-facing and internal deliverables.
  • Provide expert leadership in process design and planning workshops.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement of methodologies and service offerings based on client feedback.



Qualifications:

  • Formal ServiceNow certifications.
  • Proven experience managing client engagements from pre-sales to expansion.
  • Ability to oversee financial, resourcing, planning, risk, and quality aspects of client technology programs.
  • Consulting experience preferred.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong communication skills across various platforms.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities and a quick grasp of new technologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project and engagement management.
