Position: ServiceNow Engagement Manager
Location: London or Dublin (hybrid working at either region)
Salary: up to £85,000 per annum (DOE)

Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting and project engagements across all project stages, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, budget, and client satisfaction.
- Manage all aspects of project delivery teams.
- Develop client-facing and internal deliverables.
- Provide expert leadership in process design and planning workshops.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of methodologies and service offerings based on client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Formal ServiceNow certifications.
- Proven experience managing client engagements from pre-sales to expansion.
- Ability to oversee financial, resourcing, planning, risk, and quality aspects of client technology programs.
- Consulting experience preferred.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication skills across various platforms.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities and a quick grasp of new technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in project and engagement management.
