Job Title: Founders Associate / Communications Lead

Location: Marylebone, London

Salary: £50,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Founders Associate / Communications Lead to work closely with the founders of our clients growing business. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into the operations of a successful company, while leading their communications strategy. If you are detail-oriented, personable, and driven, with a background in banking, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the founders: Provide key support to the founders, managing their day-to-day activities, assisting with strategic decisions, and offering valuable input on key projects
• Deck Creation & Presentations: Prepare high-quality, impactful presentations and decks for internal and external stakeholders, including investors and business partners
• Communications Lead: Oversee and lead the company’s communications, ensuring a consistent and professional voice across all platforms, both internal and external
• Manage the Founders: Act as a key liaison for the founders, keeping them organised, on track, and fully prepared for important meetings and events
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to streamline communications, manage projects, and support overall business objectives
• Strategic Input: Contribute to the wider business strategy by offering insights and support for crucial decision-making processes

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience at a major bank, with exposure to fast-paced environments and stakeholder management

Skills:

• Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong ability to create professional-standard presentations and reports
• High emotional intelligence, able to work effectively with senior leadership
• Highly organised, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

• Personable and approachable, able to build strong relationships across the business
• Super hard-working, with a “can-do” attitude and a strong desire to learn
