Job Description:
Essential Functions:
- Stand for extended periods of time while operating Pneumatic riveting and drilling equipment.
- Preparing of various adhesives material with weight scale and apply as needed.
- Working with small screws and other hardware.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high performing, and inclusive environment
- Observe industry best practices for FOD, 5S, and material handling controls.
- Ensure that you are following all safety requirements/PPE
- Promote and facilitate lean manufacturing principles within an environment of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to perform manual labor standing for extended periods of time.
- Follow detailed English work instructions on a computer
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Soldering of through-hole components and semi-rigid and coaxial cables
