Dispenser Audiologist (or) Hearing instrument specialists - Houston TX - New Grads Are Accepted!!

Job Type : Full Time

Shifts : M-F no on call/weekends

Work Locations : The provider must move between satellite locations and visiting patients. We are mobile. Mobile does not mean that we go to the patients houses. we have satellite locations.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Perform evaluations to assess patients' hearing function
• Conduct audiological assessments, including pure-tone audiometry.
• Interpret test results and provide accurate interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
• Ability to drive and or commute between locations and visiting patients.
• Ability of moving and or carrying items such as samsonite, backpack etc.

Requirements & Skills :

• 1 year experience in Fitting and dispensing hearing aids
• Audiology and or hearing aids dispensing license
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the auditory system
• Proficient in diagnostic evaluation techniques for hearing disorders
• Familiarity with aseptic technique for performing procedures
• Ability to obtain NPI if it is applicable and undergo credentialing with insurance companies.
