Operations Project Leader

HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a leading financial services and banking company to fill the position of Operations Project Leader. In this role, you will facilitate the successful planning and execution of key marketing initiatives to enhance efficiency and achieve strategic goals.

Title: Experience, Brand, and Marketing Operations Project Leader
Type: Full-Time; Contract
Location: St. Louis, MO; Hybrid or Remote
Pay Range: $70 per hour DOE

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of critical marketing initiatives, including audience definition, programmatic media, channel management (website, email), and marketing analytics.
• Develop detailed project plans, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion by team members.
• Foster strong relationships with EBM teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Identify and resolve project issues independently, ensuring minimal impact on deliverables, costs, and schedules.
• Manage multiple high-risk, high-visibility projects simultaneously across various divisions.
• Apply Agile and product management principles to streamline project workflows and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Provide clear project updates and status reports to teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Take a consultative approach to understand core needs and inform project recommendations.
• Leverage strong organizational and coordination skills to manage resources and timelines effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project or functional leadership, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Proven experience in multi-channel planning, including paid media, social media, and email campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects with strong attention to detail and minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Agile and product management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services.
• Superior presentation skills.
• Project management certification (PMP).
