Job Responsibilities

30% Local Vendor & Partner Management : Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to secure discounts and rewards. Negotiate terms with the support of Business Development and Legal teams to manage contracts and ensure favorable conditions for the club and its members. Manage program implementation including coordinating the rollout of new programs and updates to existing ones; as well as overseeing any necessary training or resources for staff. Ensure the program's integration with existing club systems and processes.

20% Budget Management, Compliance & Quality Assurance : Create, monitor, and manage the local and national program's budget, ensuring expenses are within approved limits. Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of the program and seek opportunities for cost-savings. Ensure the program complies with relevant laws, regulations, and club policies. Maintain high standards of quality in the program's execution and member experience.

20% Local Managment & Vendor Program Development : Design and develop discount & rewards programs that align with the club's objectives and member needs. Research and identify potential benefits that will be attractive to members, including partnerships with external vendors.

20% Strategy & Planning : Create strategic plans for the program's growth and evolution, including setting goals, budgets, and timelines. Develop marketing strategies to promote the program and attract and retain members.

10% Member Engagement & Communication : Develop communication strategies to inform members about the program and its benefits. Manage member inquiries, feedback, and complaints related to the program. Analyze data to assess the program's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Job Specific Requirements

Technical experience with mobile work platforms including Apple iOS, Android and web browser platforms.

Proficiency of Microsoft Office products, internet usage and social media.

Ability to travel to Club facilities and partner locations, with possible overnight travel required.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and issues in a simple and straightforward manner.

Excellent writing and presentation skills.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform routine office tasks that includes operating a computer for long periods of time, sitting, filing and communicating on the phone

Ability to perform all physical functions consistent with travel including sitting in airplanes and driving for long periods of time

Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull a maximum of 30 lbs

Compensation

The mid-market salary for this position is $70,157.70 to $77,953.00. Starting salary is dependent on several factors including previous work experience, specific industry experience, and skills required.
