Psychology Graduate – SEND Teaching Assistant – Hounslow – ASAP Start

We are seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate to join a school in Hounslow as a SEND Teaching Assistant. This full-time role is ideal for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience with students who have special educational needs, and those considering a future in educational Psychology or Therapy.

The role of SEND Teaching Assistant involves:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with SEND.
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Supporting students with their social, emotional, and academic development.
• Working with students across different ages and learning abilities.
• Helping to implement individual education plans (IEPs).

What we’re looking for:

• A 1st Class or 2:1 Psychology degree from a top UK university.
• A genuine interest in supporting SEND students.
• Strong communication, patience, and empathy.
• Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEND, is desirable but not essential.

This full-time role in Hounslow starts ASAP and continues until July 2025, offering weekly pay of £500 - £600, inclusive of holiday pay.
