Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - £44,000 - Hammersmith
Location: Hammersmith
Salary: £44,000 + Plenty of Overtime
Hours – Monthly rotation of hours either 7am-4pm or 10am-7pm
Our client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their Contract overseeing Mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance as well as other Mechanical duties. The candidate will be rewarded with a fantastic package including £42,000 salary, clear progression path, overtime, pension, and career stability.

Duties:
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment
Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated
Carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis
Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels
Completing job sheets electronically on a Tablet or Smartphone
Maintaining site based records and log books
Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipment
Proactively working to reduce energy consumption on client sites and recommending improvements
Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures
Maintaining excellent relationships with our customers – face to face, telephone and emailRequirements:
Trade trained with ideally 3 years' experience in the building services
City & Guilds Qualified Mechanical
Has the will and desire to succeed and learn
Good building services knowledge Package:
Additional earnings available through overtime - if wanted
25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, plus option to purchase an additional 5 days leave every year
