Visual/Motion UX Designer - Figma/Photoshop

Summary of the role : In this role, you'll help support an effort to revamp the HingeHealth provider facing experience (CareHub) by designing, concepting, and prototyping high-quality visual and motion design of an ideal candidate : The ideal candidate has an extensive background as a visual UX designer, helping to shape, craft and bring to life products and large initiatives in their previous roles. They are a skilled communicator, collaborator and have a high bar for consumer grade design quality. They can create beautiful and delightful experiences with ease, and can bring detail clarity to a high level product vision. What you'll do : - Help deliver a product from a high level vision to a concrete design solution. - Create detailed design specifications in Figma that clearly outline all aspects of the product experience - Work very closely with peer designers, engineering and product managers to define the details, dig into existing data to learn insights and work with care providers to incorporate their feedback. - Design high quality UI that sets a standard for good design in healthcare - Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with the design team, leadership and other stakeholders - Develop a strong understanding of user needs and heavily contribute to a newly evolving design system for CareHub Minimum requirements : - 8 years of design experience; preferably in a startup, in-house or agency environment. - A portfolio showcasing strong design skills with high quality, well crafted visual UI experiences (bonus for motion work) - Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and project managing your own workload to set deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time. - Excellent communication skills to listen and influence, must have the ability to explain your work clearly - Highly proficient in Figma (bonus with skill in After Effects and Photoshop as needed for motion work) Bonus qualifications : - Motion design experience - Experience working on design systems, creating and modifying components - Experience navigating fast-paced environments - Can wrangle competing priorities with ease Required Skills : Visual UI , Figma, Photoshop, Execellent Communication Skills (ref:hirist.tech)
