Movate - Technical Writer

Desired Skills : - Be experienced and proficient in Technical Writing and perform documentation services. - Have high proficiency and be able to independently (with minimal supervision) draft - Statements of Work for all types of IT and ITeS Services, on need basis for instance: L1, L2 & L2 Technical Support Services, Network Operation Center Services, Call Center Services (voice, e-mail, chat), Infrastructure Management Services, and AWS, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow Services. - Be able to meticulously differentiate the delivery model on Staff Augmentation, Time and Material and Managed Services basis, and write/vett the Statement of Work accordingly. - Be able to provide specific focus on Scope, Deliverables, Out of Scope, Assumptions and Dependencies, Acceptance Criteria, Service Level Agreements, etc. Architecture Diagrams (where required), in writing the Statement of Work for each type of services. - Be able to review and edit Client provided Statements of Work with suitable wordings and clauses to protect the interest of the Company and get involved in negotiation with Customers on need basis. - Develop and put in place standard Statements of Work for the various types of service offered by the Company and periodically update the Statement of Work templates. - Develop and host process documentation and manuals for ease of Delivery Teams learning and development. - Guide the Delivery Teams of all verticals of service in understanding the nuances of each type of service delivery and educate through training sessions. - Work closely with the Subject Matter Experts of all departments in developing the standard process and templates and in review of each of the Statements of Work. - Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Be an engineering graduate or equally qualified (ref:hirist.tech)
