Primary Learning Support Assistant | Job Role:

• A Primary learning Support Assistant will provide support to children in KS1 and KS2
• Work alongside supportive and friendly Teachers, and learn from knowledgeable professionals.
• You may have to work 1:1 with students with SEN and support them with their work
• Deliver small-group interventions to a select group of pupils as a Primary Learning Support Assistant.
• Monitor and Track Progress to ensure it's in line with EHCP targets
• Guide, motivate and empower students so they are ready for post-school life!

Primary Learning Support Assistant | About you:

• A Primary Learning Support Assistant must have a first-class or 2:1 Degree from a leading UK University
• Ideal role for Aspiring Primary Teachers
• Possess a strong academic background prior to completing a degree
• A true desire and passion for supporting children
• A positive mindset and a desire to make a difference
• The ability to commit to this role until the end of the academic year (July 2025).
