About the role:
As a KS1 Teacher at our school, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our students’ early learning experiences. You will work closely with a supportive team, including experienced teaching assistants, to ensure that every child reaches their full potential.
Application Requirements:
• A relevant teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 1.
• A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and a creative approach to teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the KS1 curriculum.
• Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing regular feedback and reports.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Engage with parents and guardians to support students’ learning and development.
• Participate in school-wide activities and contribute to the overall school community.
