About the role: SENCO: As SENCO, you will play a pivotal role in leading the school's Special Educational Needs provision. You will work closely with staff and families to ensure that pupils with SEN receive the best possible support to thrive. You’ll have access to fantastic resources and be supported by a highly motivated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SENCO to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners and help shape the future of inclusive education.

Application Requirements:

• SENCO national professional qualification (NPQ).
• Proven experience working as a SENCO in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of SEN legislation and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A passion for ensuring that every child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SEN provision across the school.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to ensure targeted support.
• Oversee EHCPs and ensure compliance with SEN policies.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on SEN best practices.
