Your responsibilities

• Developing solution architect approach based upon PwC offering and defined target operating model,
• Working on a very wide range of clients to assess, design and implement cutting edge solutions on their intercompany set up, directly into the client’s ERP / financial systems/platforms or EPM environment,
• Understanding and translating client requirements into a standard FP&A, F&A solutions offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal
• Working with senior members of the team to help out clients convert their needs into business and functional specifications and requirements,
• As a strategic part of the team, you will be working directly with the PwC FMS Capability Leads and Financial Controller.

Our requirements

• Proven experience in finance transformation, ideally within a large organization or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) and automation technologies (RPA, AI, machine learning).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Practical skills in identifying client/ business process needs and conceptualizing business solutions for achieving corporate goals,
• Expertise in mapping business requirements by interacting with senior management and stakeholder-clients,
• Excellent command of the Polish & English languages, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
