Senior Digital Experience Analyst

Your responsibilities

Product Management:

• Create and manage Adobe Analytics configurations, including dimensions, metrics, and event tracking to capture success metrics

• Drive exploratory data analysis that marries qualitative assessment/research with quantitative supporting findings

• Create and customize Qlik reports and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders

• Analyze and interpret Adobe Analytics data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving the digital client experience

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Adobe Analytics features and best practices, and implement them as appropriate

• Partner with product management, relationship and client service stakeholders to identify critical metrics and build & support dashboards that deliver actionable insights

• Perform ad hoc analysis to validate hypotheses, answer business questions and support data-driven decision-making

• Join multiple data sources to provide a holistic view of the customer journey

• Explore innovative ways to search for relevant patterns, trends, and relationships amongst large data volumes that unearth unique insights

​ Project Management:

• Manage projects and/or workstreams, applying project management processes to administer, organize, monitor, and control project activities.

• Liaise with project stakeholders, confirming project scope and deliverables

• Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables

• Administer project activities such as coordinating meetings, preparing documents and capturing action items

Track and report project progress and risks to program management administrators

Leadership:

• Actively participate in meetings, stakeholder workshops, training sessions and product demonstrations

• Take a collaborative approach to problem solving, developing a non-hierarchical culture of transparency, empathy, and trust

• Model inclusive behaviors that demonstrate commitment to a workplace that values diversity of thought, background, and perspective

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, relevant project or product management certifications a plus
  • 5+ years of business and technical experience with measuring digital engagement utilizing analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Proven expertise in configuring and managing Usage Analytics platforms, including tag management, event tracking, custom dimensions, and data
  • Proven experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Ability to translate complex data into digestible insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including notable relationship building skills
  • Capable of leading meetings of peers, superiors & subordinates and negotiate for desired outcomes
  • Collaborative and empathetic approach to engaging in a cross functional and globally diverse environment
  • Understanding of limitations and controls required by data privacy regulations and firm ethics
Optional
  • Data analytics or data science certifications or course completions
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Access a plus
  • Experience with Agile tools including Jira and Confluence
  • Familiarity with front-end programming languages such as Java

Role

Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a Digital Experience Analyst to join the Digital product team in our Krakow office and lead the usage analytics discipline. As the team’s usage analytics expert, the analyst will lead and participate in creating the best possible user experience on the portal, from defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with business objectives to delivering interactive BI dashboards highlighting user behaviors. Utilizing tools including Adobe Analytics and Qlik, the analyst will maintain and configure usage tracking mechanisms, validate results, develop business analytical dashboards and identify trends and actionable observations. Under the direction of the Product Head, the analyst will establish a program roadmap, manage priorities, collaborate with stakeholders on defining success metrics and partner with technologists for implementation.

As a Lead Business Analyst in our Digital product team, this role engages with the entire product lifecycle including: discovery, ideation, prototyping, usability, implementation, adoption and feedback. Additionally, the analyst will have exposure to and collaborate with: relationship management, client service, voice of client, product and technology organization stakeholders.
