Role:

As a Permanent Placement Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing client relationships and successfully placing candidates in permanent roles. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, ensuring a perfect fit between the two. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs, business goals, and company culture.

* Candidate Sourcing: Use various platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to identify, source, and attract high-quality candidates for permanent positions.

* Interviewing and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role. Provide guidance and feedback to both candidates and clients throughout the process.

* Job Matching and Placement: Match candidates to suitable permanent positions by aligning their qualifications and career goals with the needs of the client.

* Job Advertising: Create compelling job advertisements and post them on relevant platforms to attract a qualified candidate pool.

* Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and offer acceptance.

* Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and providing market insights to assist with hiring decisions.

* Market Knowledge: Stay informed about trends in the job market, industry-specific hiring challenges, and talent acquisition strategies to provide clients with expert advice.

* Database Management: Maintain up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions using the company’s CRM system.

* Networking: Build and expand your professional network by attending industry events, networking sessions, and seminars to increase your market presence and credibility.

Qualifications & Experience

* Previous Experience in Recruitment: Proven track record in recruitment, ideally within permanent placements, is highly desirable.

* Industry Knowledge: Experience in recruiting for specific sectors.

* Sales Experience: Experience in sales, business development, or account management is beneficial.
